I decided not to do a juice fast. I had started doing one yesterday but the migraine I got from not eating was incredible. So now I’m just adjusting my lifestyle! When I want to snack, I juice! I can munch on some of the veggies/fruits and I feel filled up after I drink my juice. And every morning = juice + a banana or orange. I’m hoping this lifestyle change is what I need to kickstart my healthier living!
